Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Not at the moment for all countries — we’re currently focused on establishing a strong foundation here in Myanmar before expanding fully internationally. However, we currently ship to Thailand, Japan, Korea, Singapore, and Malaysia. For destinations outside these countries, we’ll confirm with our carriers and let you know if we can fulfill the order. Worldwide shipping is definitely in our plans, and we’re working toward making it happen soon. We appreciate your support!
How long will it take to get my order?
For orders within Burma: Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days. We ship every Friday. Orders placed before our shipping day will be sent that Friday, and you’ll receive a notification once your package has been dispatched.
For international orders: We will confirm the estimated delivery time with our carrier and share the details with you before shipping. Once you approve, we’ll proceed with dispatch.
All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. brknhrt. is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs procedures, or events beyond our control. Once an order is marked as delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We currently use Royal Express, BeeXpress, and MGL for most deliveries within Myanmar. Depending on the situation and destination, we may also work with other carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. As we grow, we plan to expand and offer more shipping options to better serve all areas.
Where is my order?
As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll inform you directly. If you have any questions or need an update, just reach out to us via email or any of our social media platforms. Please include your purchase details as proof, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Can I return my product?
At the moment, we’re unable to accept returns as we’re still a new brand working on improving our processes. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Once we’re ready to offer returns, we’ll update our policy. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
How can I choose the right size?
There’s a size chart on every product page on our website. All our product posts on social media include a link that leads straight to the product page with the size chart.
If It's your first order, we strongly suggest to measure your garments and make sure the size you get is the closest to that.
This way you will ensure that the fitting is perfect.
What do I need to do if I receive a defective product?
We work really hard to make sure all our products meet the highest quality standards. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, it’s difficult for us to detect every damaged product. But you don’t need to worry. If you receive a defective item,
please contact club.brknhrt@outlook.com and explain your situation. Make sure to upload clear photos of the defect and include your order number and purchase date.
Our team will review your case and get back to you with the next steps as soon as possible. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.

How do I place an order?
We’re not a full e-commerce site (yet), so you can’t check out directly from the website.
To order, just message us on Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, or email.
Here’s how it works:
Take a screenshot of the product you want.
Tell us the quantity and size you’re ordering.
We’ll send you the payment method (we currently accept Kpay and WavePay).
Once payment is confirmed, we’ll ask for your name, location, and phone number to ship your order.
And that’s it — your order’s locked in.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept payments through KBZ Pay (Kpay) and WavePay.
We are continuously working to add more payment methods to enhance your shopping experience.
Is it possible to use more than 1 discount code in the same order?
For operational simplicity and to provide consistent pricing, only a single discount code can be used per transaction.
If you’re lucky enough to have a discount code, be sure to use it ASAP!
We only offer discounts during special occasions like Thingyan and Chinese New Year.
Can I cancel an order?
Once you place an order, our team is immediately notified and begins processing it, including picking and packing your items. Because of this fast workflow, we’re unable to cancel orders after they’ve been placed.
Please double-check your order before completing the purchase to avoid any issues.
Why didn't I receive my order confirmation email?
We always require an email address when you place an order, regardless of the platform—whether through our website or social media. Once your order is placed, our system automatically sends a confirmation email.
Please be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

At this time, brknhrt. does not accept returns, as we are still refining our operations to ensure the best possible experience for our customers. Additional information
Non-Returnable Items: All products are currently non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Condition of Items: Any claims regarding damaged or incorrect items must be made within [7 days] of delivery and must include photos of the item and packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all claims.
Refunds: Refunds are only issued if we are unable to fulfill your order or if a replacement for a defective/incorrect item is not possible. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [7 business days] after approval.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Final Sale: Limited edition or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Third-Party Purchases: brknhrt. is only able to process returns, refunds, or exchanges for products purchased directly from our official store or authorized sales channels. We cannot assist with items purchased from third-party sellers, retailers, or resellers.
